Here's what to know.

How We Prepare and Package Your Order

Each selection you make is sealed in its own airtight Cryovac package. Your order is then packaged in a sturdy corrugated cardboard container, surrounded by chilled gel packs that maintain the proper temperature. Refrigerate or freeze your purchases as soon as possible after delivery. Our Guide to Meat section has more details about handling your order once it arrives.

How We Ship

Your order from Meat Masters is shipped FRESH and is never frozen (find out why this is important). In order to provide you with the very best service available, your Meat Masters order ships by FedEx Priority Overnight or Standard Overnight service. Orders are delivered Tuesday through Saturday only. Since our meats are shipped fresh, we do not ship over the weekend. For your convenience, Meat Masters signs your FedEx release. This allows FedEx to leave the order at the ship-to address without requiring someone to sign for the order when it arrives. At this time, we are not able to ship internationally . Details about all of our shipping policies are on our Customer Service page.

Sending a Meat Masters Gift Package

Select a gift of Meat Masters fine meats or cookbooks. There are two ways to send a gift from Meat Masters. You can send the actual selections you make to arrive on the date you specify, or you can send a gift certificate voucher for selections you make. By sending the gift certificate, the recipient can select a desired delivery date. Gift certificate recipients are advised that they arrange for delivery of their gift by visiting this web site, or by contacting Meat Masters by phone at 601-731-2449, Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. (ET), and Saturday – Sunday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. (ET). As you shop, you will be asked to specify the “ship to” address for each item you select. You can enter as many “ship to” addresses as you like.
